The London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) are undertaking a review of the operational hours for existing Pay to Park parking bays. Pay to Park bays are dedicated short-term parking bays which can be paid for by phone, online or through mobile apps. These bays are often found near town centres, shops, or businesses. This does not include Council car parks or permit-only bays.&nbsp;Pay to Park parking bays are often occupied for long durations during unrestricted times and free parking periods, limiting access for visitors, disabled blue badge holders, and customers for local businesses.&nbsp;As part of the Council&#39;s proposal, we are seeking feedback on plans to update the operational hours of pay to park bays across the borough.&nbsp;The proposals include the following changes for all pay to park parking bays:<ul><li>Updating the operating hours to 8am &ndash; 6.30pm, Monday to Sunday.</li><li>Removing the 15-minute free parking period.</li><li>Removing the 1pm-2pm free parking period.</li></ul>We want your feedback on these proposals and your feedback will help inform our decision.<iframe src="https://citizenlabco.typeform.com/to/P4iP04bA" width="100%" style="width: 100%; height: 70vh; border: none;"></iframe>
